This logo isn't really working for me, unfortunately.

Cogs don't really represent computers. On the contrary, for me it more the symbol of old time machinery or the idea of a work in progress or even team work.

I'm not a fan of the main font, looks like it's just a little bit squeezed, which make it odd looking. The type for the subtext looks way too old. Serif is rarely a good idea for a tech logo.

The colors also doesn't match with the computer-y thing. Along with the cogs, it looks more like an agricultural thing than anything else.

I'd start over on this one.
