It's a mess, alright. Only text that looks kerned properly is 'Graphic Design Services' the rest just shows how little you know about typography in graphic design.
I won't mention icon since that kind of mistakes can happen to anyone. Best way to avoid making something similar to existing logos is google reverse search

Lucent Technologies (by itself) died in 2006. That makes me wonder... Do logos die along with the companies? If so, do I have the right to take as mine what a dead company left behind? Hm...
