But there's room for improvement either. I'm not really feeling how the symbol looks like now. There's not the same space between the circles, for one. I also don't like how the small circles interact with the bigger ones.
Finally, watch out that pesky kerning, it's all over the place =)
What I sometimes do when I'm not too lazy, or when I am well paid =), is to type each letter separately. I find it more convenient to balance the space between each letter this way. I usually draw a square and make sure that it fits perfectly between each letter.

The kerning is off a bit but I like where your going with the logo. Im surprised a nice font like that is off.

You can just adjust the character spacing manually between each set of letters to adjust them. That's what I do.
