Too many fonts, and they're all too decorative to work together. Get rid of the gradient in the circle- gradients aren't your friend when making logos!
I'm sorry to say it, but none of this really works- I'd start over from scratch. Keep it simple!! One or two fonts TOPS- and make sure one of them (for the subtext) is super duper simple but goes well with the others. Take a look through some logo tutorials online (some "what not to do" kind of stuff) and then try to think of what you're trying to relay to people and try it again!

It's just not working. Try concentrating on using one font. Stay away from gradients. A strong mark will work well in both color and black and white.

In addition, The identifier (DR circle) is off-center and crowding your name and I don't understand why the text is arched to the right.
There is no clear concept here, it's just a bunch of effects jumbled together. I'd start from scratch.
maybe all be better if you hadn´t used the conical gradient, sorry to say, but I am not convinced.
