Sorry, but this is pretty bad- metal band or not. The font looks like a free font from DaFont.com and it just looks tacky. Additionally, I saw "Ark Mantra" when I first looked at it.

Neat idea but the font is really awful. For this kind of logo, you're better off using a custom font.

It's only my opinion but I'm bored to see the same logos for the metal music bands. Furthermore, this font is unreadable.
