This works, I think. However, it should be noted that the "Est. 2007" is barely noticeable and may need some further adjustments. I like the sharp and modern look of it, overall.

Love the idea and the symbols looks great.

My main beef is with the composition, especially with the font work. The subtext, for me, is not really necessary and to be frank, the whole "est. xxx" is becoming a bit gimmicky. And it's so small, it's barely noticeable. I also think you should stack up the word mark, it's a bit too long as such.

But besides that, that's a killer logo. Great job.

Hey guys, HUGE Thanks for your input. Agree the "Est. 2007" was too small and yeah, gimmicky. It's gone now. I did a couple more (I'll upload them right now). This one is more a 'badge' plus the tagline, which I think helps the brand a bit. What do you think of this one in the circle?

I agree, the name is too long, so I tried yet another approach at stacking it but removing the container, it made it into a huge blue box with gold outline. What do you think about this much simplified version?

I really like the last version. I think it will work better for all applications.
