Not a fan at all. This logo is trying to do too much with too little. The clouds are clip art (a couple of them are repeated). The mountains just look wrong, then you have symbol letters and an arch and a flower. Tell the client to let you create, then throw this logo out and start from scratch...with a pencil.

Sure, some clouds are repeated, but nothing here is "clipart". Clip art would imply I didn't make the vector myself, which I did.

I'm not getting rid of the typography, or the japanese word mark. They're exactly what my client wanted, and I happen to really like the typography.

I can understand there being too many symbols here. I agree, I'd like to cut back on some. I could do without the flower and the people.

What about the mountains bother you? Just saying they're all wrong doesn't tell me how you think I could make them better.

The mountains look more like heaps of mashed potatoes than mountains. The roundness is all off. I know you say the clouds aren't clip art, but you drew one or two cloud shapes and repeated them...they may be your clip art but they are clip art nonetheless. The people under the arch will get lost if you scale this down even a little bit. You could lose all of the imagery above the name and it would be better. It is just too complicated. I am sorry if I offended and didn't offer the proper, constructive criticism.

I completely agree about the people. I'm not sure how to talk the client out of the people, because I'd rather them just not be there. Its the one thing thats been insisted on.

I like everything about this except for the mountains. They look odd and make it very complicated. Could this work with just the arch and the flower?
