This represents approximately everything you shouldn't do when creating a logo.

Too many colors, effects, gradients, elements. Overall it is way too complicated.

Dump it and restart from scratch with a bit more inspiration and above all sketching!

Also, give us a bit context in English please! Most of us don't speak Portuguese.
