I like the red symbol. I guest it's a "D"

Looks like the red symbol is competing with "di". Why is "creative" smaller that "di"? That difference in sizes is what make's it look like 3 different things in the same line.

The web address should'n be part of the logo. Marketing puts it there when they do their stuff, not the designer.

I think you need to decide on priorities first.
Are you going to play on a strong and simple graphic mark or the name?
If you are going with the graphic mark then you need to set cleaner and simpler typography, if you are going to play on the fancy typography in the name, then loose the graphic mark. Set like this, they badly clash together and this logo isn't working at all.

I know, lot of designers feel the urge to complicate things to show how they put a lot of time and effort into creating their logo.
From my personal experience, you need to get rid of that feeling and practice. It is the mother of numerous logo failures.
