There's no #2 =)

I'm not feeling this one, unfortuantely. I'm not sure what the symbols is supposed to say, beside just making the logo looks tech-y. The space between each bar is uneven (the Align tool is your friend =)

The font looks pretty bad. I'd look for another one.
