Brief from client 

Logo concept for a musician, who produces and records his music. He wants a simple clean logo with clear indication to a Roman number three.

I didn't see these 3 vertical bars as a roman numeral, so I read the wordmark simply as "Dimension Studios".

Also, as it is, the logo might not be really legible at a smaller size.

Globally, I feel that this logo lacks personality, lack some oomph, if you will. Maybe try to find a cool idea to make it more memorable. I can see that there are 3 i between "dimension" and "studios". Maybe there's something to do with that.
