Almost there! Try removing the two curves below the text , otherwise it is too crowded. try adding hairs on the forehead of the woman, she looks a bit scary. Also, is there a better colour?
The name is beautiful, the idea is ok but the logo is too crowded (as arthur said). I would change the typography in something simpler but this is ok too. The sub line should be aligned to one of the margins, on this fonts you will always have problems with alignement at perceptual level. Now, the symbol should be remade, inspire from renaissance and simplify simplify simplify....the hair shoul be like a very tempting storm ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyKXaqc7Czo&feature=my_liked_videos&list=... ).
Looks good, if you wish to continue on the idea, you might need to slightly work on the font; the curvy font an the woman together make it too crowded.
In addition to the previous comments, the figure symbol is very nice but elaborate. I'm not sure any type change would make it look less crowded. Perhaps moving the name to the right of the figure so she is looking in the direction of the name and slightly tone down the length of the hair where the name used to be. The type itself should be changed as it seems to conflict with the great curves of the figure. This is a very good start!

Well, personally I don't like that kind of font (the red one). Still it's a good logo. Keep working on it

I also think that the two curves below the text are disturbing. And the drawing could be clearer, simpler
Change the font for diva belle to a somewhat lighter, thinner style. Then I agree with the other comments, - a little crowded symbol - make it less.
All comments above speak the truth!
add some bangs to the woman take out the curves under the name and change the fonts on everything!
Looks similar to Wella logo: see it here http://www.wella.com/en-US/home.aspx

Good attempt though!
