I guess this has something to do with chocolate. Doesn't really look much like a logo.

very bad typography for a logo, unprofessional, not centered, try a more simetric font with the same colors...

Use some picture, maybe a chocolate cake or something - cannot read spanish. Reminds me of a small coffee shop on the corner... I think you may start over.

Needs some graphics the fonts are not good for the logo.
change the fonts drop in some type of food and lets give it another shot!
