Brief from client 

Logo suggestion for Vet. He said he likes blue.

Far from a definitive version (I'm not yet satisfied with the font and placement of elements yet), but I'd like some input before investing more time.

Any suggestions for a better font? I'm probably sticking with a rounded or cartoon-ish one.

Really cool idea. As you said the font and the general composition needs more work. Also the ampersand seems way too big and affects the balance of the whole thing.
