Not good.

Too much empty space, it's not centered, bad use of font.

I like the colors, if you were going for a vintage look.

I agree with Shawali. Also, your shadow effects are going in opposite directions. I would lose that all together because it's making your text harder to read.

The idea was not good. The font and elements are out of proportion and are not integrated with the other parts. If you are trying to use a retro design, the colors are reasonable. Try it again.
