Brief from client 

It is a christian church.

The client needs that two elements be present on the logo, and those are the flame and tree.

maybe make the tree the I and the U the Flame?
lose the shadow

I feel like the tree takes away from the fire above the "i" and that the grey shadow will prove difficult if the logo were ever to be printed in black and white because of the lack of contrast. Also, my opinion of shadowing text like that seems dated.

Yeah, I am unhappy with logo, that´s why I posted it here, colors were selected by client, what would be your suggestions on that, and also on font....?
