Looking pretty good but loose the gradients stick with block colors here.

Text is a bit weak, you need something with a bit more character.

I like the idea but I think this can work without gradients in graphic mark.
Typography is solid but removing that ugly gradient in the text part is a definite must.

Yup, lose the gradient in the text. The idea is really great so just a bit more work needed.

What are those things in the points of the hat? maybe simple dots would be enough.

The symbol looks very good, just remove the gradients and make it a little bit bigger to see if it looks better, more dominant.
