Thought I left a comment earlier. At first glance, this looks organic, like an esophagus and lungs. I hate to say that, I sound like a previous poster.

On a more constructive note, I think this is too busy. I do like the colors and the lower type.

I think this needs simplification of some kind.

I like the idea you're going for with the IC. However you may want to try to simplify the idea to get to its core. Also the red is very aggressive and boring, you may want to consider something fresher. I don't like the spacing for Dynamic.
