I think this logo has great potential. At first glance, it seems very busy and alot going on. I don't know where to look first - the graphic under the name or the 'play' button. Maybe having the typeface filled in (without the outline) and a different colour (maybe black?) would compliment the forward button better. I am not a huge fan of gradient in the type - but I do like the effect in the "Kester". May I suggest bringing the bottom graphic and the typeface closer together
