nothing seems to work here. tho isn't a logo. i think you should research what a successful logo actually is. for me this logo isn't enticing enough for clients to want to come for your service. your logo says everything about your company so revise it fully.
Honestly, I don't see how any of this critique is useful. Give some suggestions or specifics. In my opinion the font choices and kerning is what's off. Not all type logos need gradients either. Try not to over do it on the type treatment. Try stacking as well instead of one long character set. Different kerning on stacked type looks a lot better than one long line of text with different kerning values. Unless there is some sort of play on title.

Lamento desapontar a cunhadinha, mas vc precisa de mudar tudo, tal como o natman fala, nada faz sentido. Como falei para a outra logo que vc criou, aposte na simplicidade, evite os degrades, use um tipo de font moderno em que possa "brincar" com bold e normal... eu sugeria usar bold em Kester e normal ou fino em Edielton. tem um site bem bacana de fonts grátis, www.dafont.com, procure uma font sans serif ou uma font serif, esqueça todas as outras e surpreenda a galera.

El logotipo es un caos, y tengo una pregunta ¿va todo junto o es solo el elemento central? Si el logo lo sacas de un fondo rojo oscuro el color amarillo no se ve. Además son muchos cambios tipográficos, algunos con trazo, otros con degradado. Un caos.
