Brief from client
Hatching new and explosive ideas. Kaboom! Cluck cluck...
Ditched the beak and the puffs and one of the cracks, and adjusted a few things here and there. Added a shadow and thicker outline. Any critique is welcomed.

Hey! You're almost there! That's the idea I had when I saw your previous attempts.
It's a bit off balance and I'm not sure the crack is necessary.
Not bad at all, maybe try to compact it a bit - like typeface on the egg in stead of below...?
yeah man this is way more along the lines i was thinking! much much much better! i would just try to lay it out a little better, at the moment its a little unbalanced and the word EGG looks like its not straight whereas BOMB is. The colour of the egg i think is perfect. im not sure about the flash in red tho, it kind of doesnt quite fit in. I would try it in the dark brown/black colour youve used.

I like this a lot!! I love your fuse/spark- nicely done. I agree about maybe trying (like at least just to see what it looks like) having the text IN the egg somehow, maybe contoured to fit snugly in the bottom or something!? But kudos overall- really nice!
Thank you all for the great input! I will try and implement something from what everyone has said. Definately going to place text inside of the egg and maybe just browns for the color.
Good stuff. I like that you made the spark red, you should stick to that.
