You should upload vector artwork or a high resolution image, this is quite pixelated.

The logo is a bit of a mixed bag. Maybe a bear and a balloon is enough, but please avoid the clipart look.

Colors are a bit too wild for me too. I think constraining it to purples would be nice.

Overall, I sense a lack of direction. Research your market a bit more to get a feel for what branding looks like for a party favors business. Again, bears and balloons could have potential.

Las ideas están bien, yo quitaría el contorno del símbolo y usaría otra combinación de colores para que sean más armónicos.
