Whats up with the E on tag line?

Kerning is very poor

I think you should loose the circle around the elephant

Work on the tag line some, try aligning it up with the bottom of the T instead of the Top of the T

I am not a fan of most grunge fonts because it seems like everyone wants to start doing them, so I would go with a cleaner more professional looking font and what is the company Outsourcing?

Most outsourcing companies dont use a grunge font

What's wrong with using a clean grotesque typography and simple icon?
Your icon looks like a 'STOP ELEPHANTS' road sign and your choice of typography looks like it's just been used as a target in a shooting alley.

Sorry, this is too complex and 'dirty' and it won't work.

el elefante parece un clipart y la tipografía no es adecuada para un logotipo ya que imagina lo complicado para imprimir en serigrafia, tampografia, bordado, grabado,etc.

no me gusto nada...
