Brief from client
This initiative was started in Sudan it helps people who can't afford a surgical operations by introducing their cases in the initiative facebook page so that the public donate them. This idea expanded to Saudi Arabia and they asked me to do the logo by using the Sudanese old logo as a base for the design this is the logo:

I used the heart symbol from the logo they provided me also the green and red colors which are define the Sudanese flag colors. To represent the Saudi I took inspiration from the palm tree which is a famous and most planted tree in the desert land of the Saudi Arabia country

My dear friend, I don't want to offend you here - but a symbol looks very,very bad and you better think that one over. Palm three has a unique unmistakable pattern from a base to a top - what you've done here is very far from that and it looks as a sex toy( a dildo ).I looked at your description and realize exactly what you was trying to design in a symbol, but it didn't materialized into that, as of yet... A heart shape is gone and that must be restore back into your concept. Also, why there are two tone of green? I would keep red/green and let go of black entirely.

First of all you need to add the word مبادرة to the Arabic line.
Then maybe you need to work on the Palm tree, extended that part and maybe add a different colour to it (brown) maybe. this will help you adjust the heart shape to make it look more like a heart. The other two green parts also need to be adjusted to look more like Palm branches. If you want to use green try not to use shades that are too close to each other.
