Hi.

Unfortunately, there is not much going on here. This logo is too simplistic and without real idea behind it. There's nothing in this which gives the idea of "emergency" or anything medical related.

I'm not sure what that brown rectangle is supposed to represent. Is it some kind of emergency dressing?

You need to restart this from scratch by sketching out many more ideas on paper after a bit of market research and inspiration.
