A bit dark, not easy to read.

Watch out the kerning.

Looks good overall.

Reduce the gradient shadow effect by about 50% or make the silver words lighter and it would make this a ton better. Looks like a typical sports logo.

I like this, but yes its slightly too dark - The "since 2006" is slightly brighter than the other text.
