I think the symbol is too complicated. The main text is stretched and way too spaced out. The subtext is crowding the main text. Get away from your computer until you've put some ideas on paper first and do some research on what ever industry this pertains to. Does this company have anything to do with sunflowers?

On top of what Jon rightfully pointed out, I'm ready to bet that you didn't create the sunflower yourself and that you lifted it up off Google image. Am I wrong?
