Sorry, it doesn't look good.

Bad choice of font and color. Overall not really readable.

Never use any drop shadow effect on text.

You have to simplify, to feel the logo you have just to loot at him 3 sec and understand all!

If you look inside a trash can, you will see something very similar. All kinds of stuff thrown in randomly without any concept, in many different styles. You can't really improve this, maybe you could take it apart and you would get 3-4 separate ugly logos.
