More than as a logo I think you can present it as a seal.

I understand (correct me please) that black, red, and green are the Pan-Arab colors, so I think it's a good idea to put them there since ENS involves mutual understating among its members. But blue? I don't think so.

I don't understand the inscription in the lower part of the circle but I hope it's the same as in English. You don't want to express two different messages in two different languages in the same place.

The map is not to scale. Perhaps a more accurate map would look better.

I like the fonts you use in "ENS" but I would remove the bevel/shadow/whatever.

Try this: white text (Latin and Arabic), black circle, green map on a red background. Then gold "ENS". Try other combinations.

To me, seals are even more difficult than logos.

Thank you Luenib...yes black, red and green are the flag colors..the inscription is the same in English of course...The map is UAE map and the blue related to Arabic gulf, i give the golden shadow to ENS to give it a royal look...i'll try what you proposed...and thank you for your time.....

This could work as an emblem (not a logo) but... your color scheme is pretty bad as well as typography and included graphic elements.
This whole concept just screams for better execution and some decent typography.

I think it is necessary to clean strips (black, red, green). Can be to start up these strips on an internal contour? To change colors of a card, I think it is necessary.
