You definitely got something here, but why if the letter F bigger then the flame symbol? And also, that flame looks a lot like the one on the Zippo logo. I like the typo and the color, try some other combination with them.
The big F its because the name of the organization is onFire, and the client asked for it, the flame, is the idea on fire, maybe the client taked the idea from Zippo, idk.
Ok, I understand the big F, but try to focus on it by using lowercase in the logo, as you did in the message above "onFire" and also if the flame is important, try to underline that, maybe a different color...let's see some versions (:

As i said early the name is onFire, was a demand from the client.

The F is the problem here. To enlarge it, you sized it larger proportionally which also made it thicker. As much as I like the font, I would prefer to see all the other letters in lower case and just capitalize the F and you wouldn't have the thick/thin problem. Also, the bottom of the F isn't aligned with the bottom of the other letters. I like the colours although the gradations may cause an issue when printed. I'd also simplify the flame. It does resemble the Zippo logo a bit. Otherwise, you got something here!
