There's plenty of free fonts out there that look way better than this one.

A feather pen resembling an eucalyptus leaf would look better than this pencil.

A simple eucaliptus bush/tree as a symbol and clean unobtrusive (nothing fancy) typography below would do the trick.
This is not working like this.
