Colors look better.

Remove the quotation marks, unless you are quoting somebody else.

Make the circle look like a circle (or somebody messed with my monitor).

Perhaps "unbolding" the tagline wold be a good idea.

The circle is off-center oval and really sketchy looking.

I still don't find this very pleasing to look at. I would try different shades of green.

I would also work on the leaves more..

Sorry, I know you are trying.... just seems pretty far from done in my opinion.

Typography is fine, colors scheme is better but graphic mark is still a weak spot.
Leaves idea is overused and your execution is really awful.
Give yourself some break, stop, think about this, consult some books and try again later.
