For starts, I like the symbol. It's interesting, it's kind of different, and it fits the text somehow.

That said, I usually hate this kind of font- it reminds me of so many fonts that I don't like BUT it's not terrible in this application. My brain keeps wanting to fit the E into the symbol like a puzzle piece or something, which for some reason I like.

The problem, for me anyway, with any of this is how the subtext and the text are aligned. I'm not completely sold on having it right justified for some reason, but that COULD just be because of the font.

Would you consider trying a different font for the subtext? Keep it sans serif and sleek looking- but just something a little different, and maybe have it kerned out across "FELL"? I think it's partially the 'w' in software that's bugging me- that 'w' (and the f) remind me SO much of the early 90's or something.

But overall, I like this quite a bit!

I like this very much, i think you should try left aligning the sub text though. At first i wasnt sure whether the symbol was a good thing or not as it made my head go a bit crazy trying to work out which way the perspective went. but now i think it is a good thing at it keeps me looking at it all the time, and as they say a logo should be memorable which your symbol certainly is! (in my opinion)
