Fellowship of the Creative is a non profit organization that holds art classes for kids 12 through 18 at Christian Hill Community Church. The logo should be youthful, creative and show the connectivity between individual pieces to create a unified whole.

Ok start.....I think you need to pick a thicker youthful font, make the circles create a more appealing design and not have the yellow background as part of the logo.
