Fittervals is a gym class that combines circuits and intervals, the name is the combination of fitness & intervals
An easy idea with two shapes avobe, one for the circuits and one for intervals, these shapes give some movement, the brand name is also divided in two colors, just for enphasize the "Fit" part, so could not be confused as "fitter" and "vals".
Saturation and contrast according to the brand idea, blue and yellow just for diferentiate from other gym classes brand colors.

I don't understand the actually symbols, but it does add movement and not getting it doesn't bother me. Not crazy about the blue and the yellow might look better with a little more red (safety yellow color)
