The first problem of this logo is the name of the business. There's s product/business named "flex" in every single industry of the world, is not helping at all. Anyway, that's another story.

The font is too simple and those 2x4 look cheesy.

Take a look at what others have done and get some inspiration from them.

it looks too cartoonish, also, the X symbol reminds of the sugar wafer cookies. i think you should lose the idea and start fresh
