Not bad. Not sure about the choice of font but it's not terrible. The logo is lacking something minor though. I would also line up the bottom of the text with the bottom of the green shape too.

Same as Bayne86, i suggest a font change. the font doesn't compliment the logo, seems like they both hate each other. maybe try align the font based on the shape, make it tighter and bolder.

Tell you what, I really like this logo. Keep the font, it's working pretty well. Just tweak the kerning though.

Maybe I'd try plain colors for the symbol, but other than that, it's pretty good job.
