I'm not sure what to think of this logo...
The top and bottom embellishments appear to be stock design elements, which is usually not desirable in an original logo. Because of this, and the cliche nature of the overall design, I feel this is a somewhat forgettable logo.
However, the typography and spacing are good, and there is a strong consistency and clarity to the logo which are commendable.
I think I would need to know more about the clothing products this brand sells in order to be able to judge the design properly.
