Sorry but no. That poorly made key in that Y isn't working.

The colors are super dull and dark and the two fonts don't compliment each other whatsoever.

Samte things as your other friends, you need to do a lot of research (check out what the pros do) get inspired (www.pinterest.com www.logopond.com www.dribbble.com www.fromupnorth.com) and then sketch, sketch, sketch and sketch again.

I can tell just by looking at your logo that you didn't really sketch anything and that you didn't spend much time working on this. It really shows.

No good logos is made in 5 minutes. It takes time and effort.

Freaky!
Try to make something more out of the key-symbol. The Typography of the payoff is not working. Try something simple.

Aside from what has already been said, the part that really keeps distracting me is the teeth on the key make an additional capital E that looks like a reverse of the capital E's already being used but there is no purpose for this additional character. You also have to consider that the key itself will be problematic once you scale this thing down. Try to get back to paper and drum up some imagination. This is a logo for a designer so it needs to convey the idea that you have some design chops. Definitely take Shawali's suggestion about doing some internet searches for inspiration. It really helps to see what others have done with regards to successful examples as well as failures. Best of luck and keep posting!
