2 things strike me as wrong right away. The shared E at the end is one. I didn't know how to read this right away which is always a problem since a logo should be precise and memorable. The other is the corner of the box showing through the pinwheel. Aesthetically there are other problems but these two pop out at me.

The spacing between the subtext words is ginormo. Theres no reason for that and you should try separating these with 2 fonts.

i have to agree with MDCasino , the name and the logo has a lot of potential and can be made both playful or serious. Here, sharing the "e" is confusing and unbalancing the logo all the way.

Corner of box in side the pin wheel, and the shared E is an issue for me as well.
The logo looked good at first but when you try to read it you get confused. No Bueno. lol
