It's too complex.
You have 3 different fonts, a snow flake, a little blue thingy and some effects on the Med.
Loose the effects on" Med", the blue thing on the bottom, and change the "frio" font. The subtext is too small compared to the whole.

Try to combine a snowflake with something medical (like a pill or a syringe)

Too busy, the script font does not work at all, you need to do some font research.
A logo needs to be simple, clean, the effect on the M is too much.
Try to make something clean with the snowflake with friomed with just one font.
