No, it's not fine.

I could get into the reasons why I don't feel this is a strong logo, such as the inconsistent curves and corners, or the fact that the text is bland, or even that the symbol is just an odd mashup of two letters, but most of all it is too reminiscent of someone else's design for me to consider this a unique design.

But if you're going to ignore my feedback anyway and call it "fine," why bother posting it?

the name is in Spanish and is totally fictitious and do not see the similarities with the other logo shown above, except the colors. but there are thousands of logos with the same colors.
