The idea is too common. It would be nice to have something unique, perhaps something more korean looking.

The FF and speed lines could work as an idea, but right now it feels messy with the many different typefaces.

if I were you I would try to reduce this "tae kwon do." It also excludes the edge of the illustration!

The only part I don't like is the F stabbing the guy in the crotch

This is pretty generic with bad typography and lousy and inconsistent execution (upper F has a spike on top left, the lower one doesn't).
On the good side, most existing martial arts logos look similar to this - like they have all been done by amateurs with none to very little knowledge of graphic design so... your logo will fit in the crowd without any problems.

I agree with the above poster. This does fit in with most other martial arts logos. Nice work!
