I'm starting a startup that allows businesses to meet investors, such as funds and privates.
The logo must represent the connection between companies and fund sourcing, it should be minimalistic and simple to read.

This logo must me serious and distinctive.

Too similar to HubSpot's Logo. I think the font is okay, but could use some kerning and the "fund yourself" feels a little disconnected. I think the blue and grey are nice together.
I agree with Paigerdoodle. There is another molecular logo out there that is done in orange, but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. I guess that's a way of saying there is nothing remarkable or memorable about this logo.
I knew I remembered this symbol from somewhere. This is definitely way too close for comfort on several levels.
You need to rethink the whole thing from scratch.
Orange Theory uses something like this as well. It simply isn't original.
