Nope. The weird and ugly wave thing in the back makes it barely readable. The inner glow effect on the main font does it to.

It's not that I can't read it, it's that it is not easy to read, which is problematic, for a logo.

The only advice I can give you is to, each time you create a logo, print it. You'll see that in n&b... it's not very readable.
