Brief from client
This is for me... And, it has been said on here before, creating a personal logo is difficult. This started as just a stamp design. To watermark, etc. I have difficulty critiquing myself-- so here it is. Be gentle.
This time, be brutal : P.

I like the way everything is place and readable! I like the way you used the star! Classy!
Better than the first version!
Yep, like I said-- I'm a graff writer, so I am a sucker for stars, arrows-- etc.
This is way better, that arrow in the first version was kinda throwing things off balance.
Your symbol is not yet there.
My suggestion: don't use a font for G, use a circle (cut it to look like a "G") add a horizontal line (make it a part of "G" not separate like here, use same thickness as circle) and make No. 13 sit on it.
It's getting better, but still too complex. Can you get rid of something?
I like the idea, also the height width ratio is nice especially for someone involved in the engraving industry. Only thing is I only got the company name from the heading of your post. Looking at the logo I didn't have a clue what it was (thought it might be Big Star Design at one point :-)
very nice idea, but it needs a litle more work to it
