Brief from client 

Photography/videography logo

This logo is for myself, I own a photography/videography company. I wanted to create a new logo and create some type of symbol that goes good with the name. I'm working around the idea of using a lens. I want something simple but nice to look at. I didn't want to use a camera, because for me it seems kind of cheesey. And I don't want to create a realistic lens for the same reason. Just wanted to get some options I'm still on the starting phase.

Really nice! This symbol is looking pretty good, although it could use some minor tweaking, especially in the lower left area.

I'm not sure this is the best font for it though. Its sharp angles and straight lines clashes with the nice roundness of the symbol.

Good work overall.

Thank you for your feedback, but after thinking about the name. I don't think I want to go with GDS LENS. I wanted to get your opinion on these names?

I'd go with Studio and ditch "productions".

That font works way better, BTW.

I agree, but when I look up GDS Studios a lot of stuff pops up. Do you think this would matter much?
