A logo that represents well the idea of ​​a concept generation

This logo was created for a design agency. The name of the agency is GERAÇÃO IDÉIAS (generation ideas). So the idea of ​​a sperm and a lamp (sperm = generation and lamp = ideas) I hope you enjoy
The choice of colors was designed taking into account the force that have black and yellow, and its various applications (window, car, business card etc.)

i like type and colors. the ideea however is part used part inappropriate. also it does not look like what you described. why the smile on the sperm?
