Brief from client
To design a logo fro the loyalty program.
Something I did long time back, I had to explore this option because the client kept on talking about making customer happy.
Eventually after exploring dozens of options the job got cancelled and I don't know if they carried on with a different designer.

Yes and yes =)
To many position, different spaces make the logo not as one but as a different component not working together. Don't have a grid logic, is unbalanced, you must think another solution, the grey gradient of the background its not helping the presentation of this logo. Like all components but individually.
Am not sure if I understood exactly what you said, but I guess you were referring to the fact that the whole compose is a little loose it needs to be tightened up a little bit, am I correct?
Nope, the symbol with His components + first maint text + second main text + slogan down. Its like "dancing" without stability. I remember the second of all of the versions you put yesterday, it was better, more compatible. Try put the symbool with The first and second title in one line, how do it looks.
Now I get what you mean. Unfortunately I stopped working on this project, but you know it worth digging up the old files and give it a try!
