Now, on to my critique: unfortunately, this is not working at all. These globes are obviously clip art and are way too small for the amount of details they contain. It kinda defeats the purpose of having them in there. Especially with that horizontal composition, you're going to be stuck with these two little Earth that can never be wider that the x-height of the word mark.

Also, two symbols is just one symbol too many. Stick to one globe only otherwise it's just needlessly complicated. But remember, there's no two ways about it, you need to never use a third party element that you didn't create yourself.

The one thing I like about this logo is the choice of font. I think they both work great with each other.

But other than that, I don't see much happening with this logo, unfortunately.
